Description:
The TL HR Direct TCM will lead a team of HR Direct specialists supporting China, Taiwan and Hongkong.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The job holder will be responsible for the establishment, run operations and continuous improvement of HR Direct.
The TL HR Direct TCM is overall responsible for the HR Direct team in charge of processing queries of internal business partners from the HR organisation and employees, for coaching, assisting, and giving end-user trainings for HR systems, and processing support requests in an efficient and structured way.
Accountable for the seamless roll-in of the selected BI countries following the Deployment Roadmap regarding HR Direct processes, ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for the new country.
Manages team and monitors its performance in line with the underlying service level agreements as well as the defined quality and takes appropriate actions to meet agreed service levels.
The TL HR Direct TCM works closely together with all sub-teams within HR Tower of the SSC and with the IT department to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the support process.
Liaise with different Tier 2 teams to ensure quality service delivery in alignment with broader HR vision and efficient resolution of customer queries and requests especially for complex inquiries.
Requirements:
Speaks Mandarin fluently
Extensive customer orientation
Work experience in different HR roles
Ability to work across business units /geographies
Broad knowledge of different HR Systems and Enabling Technologies within Shared Service Organization (e.g. Case management, Telephone System)
Experience in SSC activity transfer projects
2 or more years Leadership experience
Know-how in data security, data privacy and internal controls
