Key Duties:
Onboarding Bookkeepers:
Provide Induction and Training
Onboarding Hotels:
Provide handovers to the Bookkeeper with the Client Manager
Ongoing:
Weekly Management of Payroll, Payables, Cashflow and EOS emails
Month-end review and tracking (IAS; Super; Payroll Tax)
Send BAS Compliance to Catalyst
Assist Client Manager with Head Office tasks
Review and track Management Reports
1st level support for technical queries
Coordination of Training
Maintains schedules and tracks team capacity
Coordinates leave plans and provides leave support to the Client Manager
Manages internal handovers
Monthly 1:1 with Bookkeepers to provide coaching and identify areas of improvement for Client Manager
Provide feedback and support with Performance Management
