Job Summary:
The position is primarily responsible for supporting Material Advisors by working prospective clients through effective product presentation of company's suite of emerging businesses and other promotional initiatives, and drives acquisition of new businesses through regular process or though pilot programs with candidate schools.The position also develops and executes the after sales and implementation support to partner schools. Involves in developing the readiness of the target users, increasing the adoption of the product in -teaching and learning, developing a long-term approach for increasing usage of REX's emerging business products among target users, developing, executing and improving the implementation process.
Assist Material Advisor in promoting and selling the company's product and services within an assigned geographic area, product range or list of costumer accounts to meet or exceed sales target by delivering sales presentations to new and prospective clients on the company's emerging products to concentrating on the technical aspects of products.
Collaborates and strategize with Material Advisors and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to understand costumer requirements and come up with offering fit to costumers' needs.
Support Promotional events, conferences and seminar and escalates any potential roadblocks for product promotion and implementation.
Conducts needs analysis by reviewing and providing feedback on the product as input to development of educational innovation solutions and improvement of implementation process to support learners and educators.
Create/ Design and facilitates training programs, workshop, and orientation hat are aligned with the overall objectives of the partner school and implementation process.
Develops and maintains deep and meaningful connections with clients through meetings, school visits, focus group discussions and class observations.
Provides customer feedback to anticipate future market needs to Learning Solutions Regional Manager
Analyzes and processes data from the system and present the result of the analysis in a clear manner.
Prepare any and all documentation relating to scope of work as part of the documentation of product implementation process.
Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Education or equivalent.
