With degree in education, child development, or a related field is often preferred.
Previous experience working with children, either in a teaching, childcare, or camp setting, is highly valued
With genuine interest in and enthusiasm for working with children is essential.
MUST be willing to go Swimming at JPark Swimming Pool everyday.
With strong communication skills, creativity, patience, and the ability to work well with children and other staff members.
Physically fit to assist children (carrying, guiding, bending)
Responsibilities :
Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and proper behavior.
Assist kids during playtime, learning activities, and educational games.
Facilitate activities such as storytelling, drawing, singing, or crafts, cooking.
Maintain cleanliness of the play area, toys, and learning materials.
Guide children with proper manners, sharing, taking turns, and basic discipline.
Support children's basic needs, such as helping them wash hands, organizing their things, or giving simple assistance.
Monitor children's behavior and report any concerns to the supervisor or parents.
Ensure safety rules are followed inside the village or play area.
Prepare and organize materials needed for daily activities.
Assist in welcoming and releasing children to parents or guardians.
Communicate politely with parents/guardians regarding concerns or updates.
Handle minor conflicts between kids calmly and fairly.
Observe and record children's participation or any unusual incidents.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
