The Tax Supervisor undertakes GLOBE Solution sustain, implementation, process improvement and leverage activities to meet sustain targets, deliver process implementation and improvement targets and satisfy agreed customer key performance indicators (KPIs). Gains Nestle in the Market (NiM) insights and understanding of Business requirements and make recommendations on the applicability of the GLOBE Solutions to meet these business requirements Understands the GLOBE Solution, appreciates usage and challenges through customer/user insights Maintenance of user and static data in various Tax Applications Maintenance of accounting related reports - crystal and risk reports and reports in SAP Provide support to users in Tax on Swift and Cash Management Provide technical support to NBS treasury accounting team on accounting related batch jobs and SAP Quantum Interface Guides team members to achieve the group's objectives and provides coaching for any encountered issues What will make you successful Business Processes and Systems Strategy and Stakeholder Alignment Communication Skills Time Management Skills Analytical thinking Adaptable/Flexible - thrives on and welcomes changes (including on call duty) Works well under pressure Live with Nestl values & demonstrating Nestl Leadership Framework behaviours Treasury Support/Applications Specialist within GC or BTC SAP Applications Specialist / SAP Consulting for the process stream / functional area ideally with full-cycle SAP Implementation experience Nestle business knowledge is an advantage Treasury accounting knowledge is an advantage Core knowledge of the 10 Nestl Corporate Business Principles Knowledge in Quantum and SAP (specially Quantum DB knowledge) Fairly reasonable functional knowledge Treasury E2E processes Service Management - Special GLOBE process for Tax
