REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a graduate of Science in Accountancy or equivalent degree;
Must be a certified Public Accountant;
Adept with BIR, PEZA, SEC and LGU regulations;
Proven work expereince as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer
With above average analytic skills;
With good oral and written communication skills;
With 5 to 8 years working experience in Consulting Frim or related field;
Well versed in PEZA & BIR documentary & reportorial requirements / tax incentives / tax treaty / BIR audits;assessment / filing of tax returns;
Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
Willing to work in Makati

JOB DUTIES:Preparing tax payments
Estimating and tracking tax returns
Completing regular (quarterly and annual) tax reports
Prepare tax payments
Estimate and track tax returns
Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
Organize and update the company's tax database
Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
With vast experience in Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, General Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Budgeting and Internal Audit.
Prepares monthly and annual financial statements.
Reviews draft of audit financial statements.
Prepares and maintains the following reports for submission to company headquarters (SO Japan)
a. Activity Report; b. MRT; c. Quarterly Consolidation Package;
Develops financial plans and forecasts.
Acts as an overall in-charge of compliance with financial reporting requirements to BIR, PEZA, SEC, BSP and LGU.
Acts as an overall in-charge of maintaining the Company's Corporate Accounting Manual, financial policies and procedures and chart accounts.
Prepares and maintains reports for submission to PEZA, SEC, and LGU.
Prepares quarterly Income Tax Return (ITR).
Assists in the preparation and finalization of Annual ITR.
Exercises supervision in overall shared accounting and finance department staff.
Ensures access control to all shared accounting reports and schedules.
Assume other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Managing Director.
