Job Description
• Assist Senior Manager in managing tax accounting, compliance, reportorial and administrative requirements and filings
• Act as the secondary point of contact and support for Philippine taxation matter
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, rules and regulations
• Always up-to-date with the new tax regulations and circulars being issued
• Help identify areas of tax risks/exposures as well as areas for tax savings and efficiencies
• Perform research, analysis, and interpretation of current tax laws locally and internationally
• Help liaise with tax authorities and legal advisors including gathering supporting audit evidence and responding to auditors' queries
• Address all tax queries within the Philippine organization
Job Requirements
• Broad Philippine tax experience and relevant experience with Big 4
• Must have a strong accounting and analytical skills with an ability to give solutions on any given situation
• Excellent in handling multiple tasks and able to work under pressure
• Excellent team player that can work independently and collaboratively within and outside the team
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge in SAP and local business tax is a plus
