Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall tax stratedgy, planning and compliance of the company, its subsidiaries and related parties
Ensure that the organization understands and conducts operation based on statutory, regulatory and common-law rules applicable to the organization and its line of business
Review and approve tax returns to ensure accuracy, completeness and statutory compliance; provide technical guidance to staff
Set the organization tax accounting standard and resolve unusual and complex tax acounting issues in accordance with applicable accounting standards
Facilitate and lead application and compliance for BOI incentives
Recommends and negotiate settlement of major tax audits or disputes from both internal and external perspective.
Transfer pricing planning
Participate in tax planning and research activities
Set tax policies, strategies, standards and guidelines for the organization
Qualification:
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy; CPA; Masteral Degree an Advantage
At least 10 years experience in finance, tax & auditing job; and at least 3 years managerial experience
Strong analytical, people skills, planning skills, leadership skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Accounting and Finance Manufacturing/Production 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
