Job Description
Focused on ensuring local and international tax compliance.
Help design and implement tax planning program.
Help Identify tax planning opportunities.
Advocates tax regulations by handling BIR investigations and audits.
Handle business projects involving consultation/coordination with BIR.
Draft position paper on certain tax issues as may be directed by Tax Head.
Provides tax advisory by handling specific tax issues raised by Group personnel and/or stockholders, researching proper tax treatment of transactions referred to the team, and addressing tax queries from subscribers and vendors
Job Requirement:
Graduated of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Must be a licensed CPA
Must have at least 2 to 3 years work experience in BIR audit experience and tax compliance experience
With transfer pricing and business process review a plus
Fast-paced project with regular meetings and quick daily decision making
Demands full time commitment
Amenable to Hybrid work setup (3 days return to office, 2 days work from home)
Detail oriented and highly analytical
