The Payroll Tax Compliance Manager is responsible to oversee that the Payroll and Benefits Operations stay abreast of tax rate changes, reporting requirements and in general, of the compliant application of tax guidelines in the day to day payroll and benefit operations. He/she will also manage the timely response to authorities' tax notices and inquires relative to Payroll submissions and payments and will coordinate the quality and complete provision of Payroll and Benefits information during external tax audits. On top of this, he/she will also be leading the Controls & Compliance space for the markets assigned. This role is open for MEA shift ( 1-10 pm shift)
Your team
This role reports to Payroll and Benefits Tax, Controls and Compliance Senior Manager & works closely with other Tax, Controls and Compliance Managers and Operational Payroll Team leaders. The team is composed of diverse individuals with a mix of both experienced professionals and in-house talents.

Ability to anticipate tax and statutory risks and plan against avoidance or mitigation
Able to lead projects and improvements independently
Support Payroll Operations and other business partners through process changes related to statutory and tax
Able to lead the organization to avoid controls and fraud issues
Responsibilities of the role
Governs and monitors routine tax and statutory reports
Monitors external resources to identify changes in legislation and translates its impact to payroll operations
Assesses Tax Impact of internal Benefit Policy changes
Provides guidance of impact of business initiatives
Governs Tax Year End Operations and monitoring of deliverables
Leads internal and external audits, including issue resolution follow ups
Leads resolution of issues related to tax and statutory impact
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Tax and Statutory Management experience is a must
Audit Support experience is an advantage
Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
MS Excel, Word and powerpoint skills
