Job Description: Need Ink Sales & Services is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented TAX COMPLIANCE OFFICER to join our team.
 
About Us: We are a service-oriented company that offers a wide range of products and services, from printer consumables, repair and service maintenance, printers, computers, and peripherals.
 
Responsibilities:
Ensures timely filing and payment of all corporate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns
Ensures compliance of all business units to BIR's tax mapping requirements
Timely issuance of Certificates of Tax Withheld (Form 2307)
Monitors and triggers the branch heads for the business permit renewals, annual registrations, and other branch compliance requirements.
Review and update tax references or provisions.
Maintain master data in the financial system.
Document filling ensures that all vouchers and other related accounting documents are filed and arranged in a systematic and orderly manner.
Observe and comply with existing company codes, policies, agreements, rules and regulations.
Additional duties as directed by the immediate head
About You: The ideal candidate must have the following:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance or related field
Prior experience in financial accounting and payables functions
Experience in working in bookkeeping and accounting firms is a plus but not required.
Accuracy and keen to details
Strong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Flexible to work hours to complete tasks
Ability to multi-tasks efficiently and work productively
Team oriented
