Examines documents and financial records of all types to determine the correct taxes of the company and its affiliates.
Review tax returns to ensure correct and on-time submission.
Provides support with tax-related projects.
Monitors developments in tax laws and memorandum of regulatory bodies.
Reviews payroll of Group employees, as well as compliance with statutory contributions.
Makes recommendation for regulatory compliance and tax efficiency.
Coordinates with external auditors during annual and interim audits.
Ensures FS and ITR are filed on time with the appropriate regulatory body.
Execute ad-hoc analysis and data mining as needed by manager.
Assists Finance and Accounting Head during tax and other regulatory audit.
Manages and mentors' members of the team to higher level of effectiveness and engagement.
Displays up to date technical knowledge by attending all mandatory tax training within deadlines set and applying this training to tax work where appropriate.
Displays an awareness of potential planning opportunities associated with the local tax environment by identifying and escalating them as appropriate.
Qualifications
Must have at least 2-3 years related experience.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Experience in people management.
Work on-site from Mondays to Fridays
