Job Description
The Tax Administration and Compliance Section Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accurate and timely compliance of all tax-related matters.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing tax strategies, managing tax filings, conducting internal audits, and collaborating with relevant departments to optimize tax planning.
He/she may liaise with external auditors and government authorities, providing support during tax audits and maintaining the company's reputation for ethical and compliant tax practices.

Minimum Qualifications
CPA
preferably with external audit experience and familiar with Taxation for Real Estate indusry
Actual work experience from companies in horizontal projects devt / Property Mgt / Comm's Leasing Op'ns
Knows SEC ( PSE an advantage ), BOI, PEZA, and other regulators' rules & compliance requirements
Well-versed with and good knowledge of BIR and local government tax laws, rules, regulations and requirements
Strategic thinker / Planner, can anticipate and relate tax rules and laws with business operations and provide guidance
Good presentation and communication skills, can present and discuss relevant tax issues, rules and regulations to mgt
Have prior experience and successful handling of tax audits and investigations ( local and national taxes ) Good network of contacts with regulators
