The primary role of the tax accountant is to ensure accurate and timely tax filings of the company. He / She will also assist the Tax Manager regarding the overall tax compliance of the company.Key Accountabilities
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role - detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
1 Prepare working papers and file the tax returns on time
2 Prepare the DAT files as attachments in filing information returns
3 Prepare and submit Books of Accounts
4 Assist in tax audit
5 Make sure tax policies in place are being followed
6 Contribute to the innovation of company tax processes
7 Other ad hoc tasksDesirable
Education & Qualifications: Accountancy Graduate
Experience: 2 or more years of experience in tax return preparation
Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Taxation, MS Excel
