The Tax Accountant is responsible for collecting tax-related information and reporting to taxation authorities at the local and national levels in a timely manner. Alerts management of any tax impact or risks observed or encountered for all legal entities handled under Jollibee Worldwide Services.
File, execute, and record online payments of tax liabilities, on or before due dates such as Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, DST, Withholding VAT, and Registration Fees & other payments
Prepares necessary schedules and reports to support tax payments and compliance, such as MAP, SLS, SLP, SLI, SAWT, SRS, Inventory List, BIR 2307 copies, and other reports
Prepares and collates required documents and schedules for application, renewal, and retirement of local taxes, such as Community Tax, Business Tax, Real Property Tax, and other Regulatory Tax
Coordinates with the various functions (Store Managers, Commissary Plant Personnel) and provides requirements to secure business tax assessments
Analyzes balance sheet GL accounts and assesses correctness, accuracy, validity, and reasonableness of recorded transactions
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic knowledge on the following areas:

(2) Statutory Requirements and Reporting Compliance
(3) Fundamental Business Concepts
(4) Internal and Operating Controls
(5) Accounting Related Software and Tools
(6)Financial Account Management and Reporting
