Qualification
Independently manage the annual corporate income taxes of the bank and its domestic operational subsidiaries to ensure full compliance with Qatar Tax Department (QTD) and other domestic tax related regulations. This includes the following activities :
Maintaining Master Tax File and Local/Country Tax File (CBQ Group) to comply with BEPS13.
Performs Tax planning.
Advise on Tax Accounting matters.
Ensures Tax Compliance with stipulated regulations and legislations
Provide all necessary tax disclosures in the Financial Statements.
Prepare the tax returns including the necessary tax assessment documents.
Coordinate with External Tax consultant for independent review.
Liaison with QTD on Annual Income tax submissions and returns.
Income Tax Annual Returns are required for the below group of entities which has Operational :

4)Orient1 Limited
5)Commercial Bank Innovation Services "CBIS" (a QFC Company)
6)CB Global Trading ltd
