Responsibilities:
Supervision of tax engagements
Interaction with clients to discuss tax issues and new tax service opportunities.
Coordination of client services
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a master's of tax with 2-3 years of public accounting experience, including working with a variety of federal and multi-state tax returns for small to medium size businesses and their owners
A CPA certificate or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
Moderate accounting skills required
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills -- Excel, Word and Outlook
QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) experience a plus
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Superior analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to provide exceptional client service through a sense of urgency and commitment to quality
Appropriate ethical behavior through extraordinary confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct
Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently
An attitude of continuous improvement
Work schedule is 11:00pm - 8:00am Manila Time (Monday to Friday)
