Responsibilities:
Assisting Client Success Managers (Sales Rep) on their requests for the clients (fixing files, importing catalogs, setting up referral program, etc.).
Assisting Internal Departments for data collection tasks.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
With prior experience as a Technical Support Representative.
Good communication skills.
Have hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.
Knowledgeable in MS Excel including but not limited to Vlookup, Pivot, and Conditional Formatting.
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule.
Can start ASAP.
