We are a Cebu-based Japanese engineering company looking for the following job position:
 
TANK DESIGN ENGINEER
 
Project assignment: Metro Manila
Nature: Project-based employee
Duration: Guaranteed 1-year contract with high possibility of contract extension
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering (or related field).
With at least 3 years' experience in design or detailing of full containment tanks, oil tanks, pressure vessels and its accessories.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of other software such as Autodesk Inventor, FEMAP, ABAQUS is an advantage
Can understand other engineering drawings such as P&ID, piping isometric and structural drawings
Familiarity with relevant standards JIS (Japanese code), ASME, ANSI, API, NFPA, IP, ISO, OSHA
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and cross-disciplinary coordination abilities.
