Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications (such as PMP) may be preferred.
PRC License
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging project demands.
Office-based with potential for remote work, depending on the nature of the project.
Occasional travel may be required for site visits or client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
 
Project Planning
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, and resource allocation.
Define project deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Establish and manage budgets and timelines to ensure project goals are achieved.
Team Management and Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to ensure effective collaboration.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skills and project needs.
Provide regular feedback and support to ensure the team stays on track.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
Provide regular project updates and progress reports to key stakeholders.
Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication of goals, progress, and issues.
Risk and Issue Management
Proactively identify risks and challenges that may impact project success.
Take corrective actions and resolve issues as they arise.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Resource and Budget Management
Oversee the allocation of resources (personnel, materials, finances) to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure the project remains within budget.
Track project costs and perform cost analysis as necessary.
Quality Control
Monitor and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct project reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Implement corrective actions if quality standards are not being met.
Project Reporting
Maintain detailed documentation of the project process, milestones, and outcomes.
Prepare and present reports on project progress, risks, and achievements to senior management.
Project Closing
Ensure all project objectives have been met before closing the project.
Finalize project documentation and conduct a post-project evaluation to capture lessons learned.
Ensure the handover of project deliverables to the relevant parties.
