Your role performs onboarding-related tasks from contract generation to probation monitoring while meeting KPI targets and client satisfaction on process delivery. Role develops in-depth knowledge of each phase of the onboarding process including regulatory requirements around background screening and technical aspects related to hire onboarding in Workday. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this role. Your key responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding process for Australia that include the activities of contract generation, background screening initiation, onboarding paperwork collection, hire onboarding in Workday, creation and submission of pay advice to the payroll team, employee referral award processing, query management and invoicing. From time to time, provide support for Philippine and Japan onboarding through validation and other tasks. Maintain strong and positive engagement with stakeholders from HR, employee population and external vendors. Contribute in identifying and rolling out efficiencies via process standardization, quick wins and continuous improvements. Your skills and experience Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resource or equivalent.
