You will play a pivotal function in providing skills on all things sourcing, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods.

Requirements:
You'll be someone who can bring:
» Proven years of practice working in Recruitment Research, Mapping, Lead Generation, Talent Pooling, End-to-End recruitment, gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm in an international market
» Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches
» practice managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
» Strong technology / healthcare / technology / financial / risk / investment banking recruitment practice / pharmaceutical, etc., preferably within the APAC, ANZ, or EMEA region.
