The Sourcing Manager shall be accountable for the Company's manpower requirements and hiring processes. The selected candidate should be able to provide strategic direction as well as tactical sourcing styles to fill in all our organization's needs. This will involve strategizing with the Executive Management on Sourcing and Talent Acquisition alignment, forecasts, and future direction, supporting and achieving the company's growth and expansion plans
Provide leadership to the sourcing staff, setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable to its goals and objectives.
Be responsible for ensuring that new and existing programs achieve business objectives by fulfilling staff requisitions with qualified candidates on a timely manner.
Develop and establish highly effective sourcing strategies and processes to attract, acquire and retain talent.
Establish and maintain a growing sourcing recruitment network with various schools, training centers and potential organizations that can endorse a stream of qualified applicants.
Oversee the end-to-end sourcing process and continuously recommend changes and improvements that align with business requirements.
Work closely with all levels of management to satisfy recruitment requirements.
Conduct continuing research and knowledge acquisition on sourcing and recruitment tactics and apply strategies on how to attract top talent.
Provide qualitative and quantitative recruitment statistical reports and metrics which assist in forecasting, measuring, and evaluating recruitment activity and quality.
Make recommendations to create, maintain and update a comprehensive database and a parallel computer-based software system
Requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree in any related field
With at least 5 years of experience in sourcing & selection practices, procedures, processes, concepts, and principles.
With at least 3 years of work experience as a sourcing, recruitment Manager / head-hunting within the BPO industry.
Excellent communications skills, people skills and influencing skills.
Must know the talent market and must have a wide connection within the BPO/ KPO industry and other recruiting agencies.
Have proven experience supporting sourcing and recruitment for U.S. profiles
Must have experience working with multiple stakeholders and building strong inter-department relationships and can influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
Possess strong business acumen, including strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, critical thinking, sense of urgency and self-initiative.
