Roles and responsibilities include:
Perform end-to-end recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, virtual interviews, offer and onboarding activities.
Assist with developing, coordinating, writing and manage job postings.
Develop hiring strategies and processes in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of market and talent landscape.
Drive participation in talent management activities across the organization (e.g. performance management, internal talent mobility, succession management, etc.)
Help management evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies.
Serves as a key point of contact to the business for talent management programs and technology, addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the business' manpower planning/forecasting.
Ensure HR systems are fully-functional and supports Talent Management processes to drive efficiency and data veracity.
Drive process improvements or automation for better employee experience.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting for Technology and/or Corporate Support roles from entry-level to Managerial+ (e.g.: HR, Legal, Finance & Accounting, Audit, etc.)
Expertise in Technical recruiting and understanding of the various emerging skills in the field of Technology is an advantage.
Must be a college graduate of any course but background in Psychology / Business Administration / Behavioral Science / Human Resources Management / Organizational Communication is an advantage.
Must have strong background in stakeholder management.
Experience in business partnering, performance management, organizational development.
Great communication and presentation skills.
