The Talent Management and Acquisition Head role will interact with creators/streamers/talent in the esports industry. Acts professionally while representing the team internally and externally and to oversee the business dealings of various talents.
Performs general research, manages, evaluates, and maintains Talent's KPI and tracking. Including searching for talent, conducting auditions, signing clients, negotiating deals, and securing and marketing gigs and performances.
Drafts potential talent lists for brand campaigns in an effort to support the Marketing team whenever needed. Maintain internal talent documents to reference in responding to team member requests.
Manages relationships with professional Esports teams Assist the Head of Marketing in all talent relations matters as they see fit. This could include everything from negotiating contracts with lawyers and Talent Managers to managing brand ambassadors/streamers to help grow their channels.
Manages day to day outreach within RUMBLE ROYALE & the Talent Management team and other duties as assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's degree graduate in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
4-5 Years Experience working with creators/streamers/talent in the Esports Industry.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, full-time, and has a strong relationship within Esports Industry and social media for Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook.
Must possess a strong understanding of the streamer landscape, including how the business works and the status, roles, and importance of different creators.
Has a strong commitment to working the hours needed to interact with the talent to meet the deadlines/ KPI of partners and clients in the 24-hour eSports space.
Has excellent pitching abilities.
With entertainment industry knowledge.
Has the ability to network and maintain professional relationships.
With strong marketing knowledge.
