WebCreek is looking for a Talent Executive who is highly experienced in recruitment management. He/She must have incredible communications skills, knowledge of LinkedIn and other local platforms, and the ability to administrate accurate and meticulous records.
What You'll Contribute:
4+ years solid experience in handling End-to-End recruitment
Experience in managing ATS and Recruitment tools
Knowledge in drafting job advert and job posting in careers websites, LinkedIn and other job boards.
Skilled in sourcing and headhunting, seek out referrals, review background check reports, plan interview and selection procedures, assess candidate information, give feedback to the hiring manager, etc.
Maintain contact & rapport with potential candidates by building long-term relationships with past and current employees, applicants, and other potential recruiting lead sources
Knowledge on contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements
Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher)
Background in IT industry is desirable
