We are currently looking for a Talent Development Program Manager to align our leadership development efforts globally and take them to a world-class level.
The role is suited for someone who enjoys both the forward-thinking and strategic as well as tactical, "roll up your sleeves" work. We're searching for a self-starting professional who can jump in with both feet to align and maximize existing leadership development programs and frameworks to enable our worldwide leadership and promising employee population to perform like rock stars and to ensure RingCentral is a meaningful, long-term career endeavor.
The person in this role will also support other key global talent management efforts including, but not limited to, goal alignment, performance evaluations, high potential employee identification, talent reviews, capability mapping, and learning journeys. In these spaces, this person will serve not only as a leader with vision but also as a tactical team member who helps us advance our current philosophies and practices.

This individual will report directly to the Director, Talent Development, located in Colorado, U.S.A.
Responsibilities:
Align, implement, and supervise a system-wide, global leadership development journey map and course catalog for people leaders and high potential individual contributors.
Develop elements (programs and processes) in support of performance management and succession planning strategies and philosophies.
Develop an annual budget and operating plan for leadership development efforts worldwide.
Implement a global leadership competency framework for mid-level leaders, front-line leaders, and individual contributors worldwide-aligned with performance management systems and processes-to support the strategic direction of the company.
Map out training plans and calendars locally, regionally, and globally for instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning solutions developed in-house or in partnership with a vendor. Create learning plans for employees of all business units and office locations, including employees working in home offices.
Develop and facilitate in-person and/or virtual training events, educational programs, and train-the-trainer activities.
Specific project work includes:
1. Facilitate/Conduct key leadership development programs and experiences locally and globally, both in-person and virtually.
2. Build and manage a facilitation skills certification program.
3. Manage working committees in support of leadership development, performance management, and organizational planning.
4. Contribute to the Talent Development Business Consulting Group.
5. Administer and increase the effectiveness of the RingTones Growth survey; demonstrate results toward improving leadership development and performance management efforts.
6. Provide accurate and timely status updates to key partners.
7. Manage vendor relationships.
8. Market learning and growth opportunities internally.
9. Evaluate instructor performance.
10. Maintain a pulse on industry thought leaders outside RC.
Essential:
Confirmed experience building, managing, and facilitating global leadership development experiences and performance management and/or succession planning activities.
Validated experience designing and developing learning solutions; familiarity with traditional and modern adult learning and development methods and techniques.
Proven partner leadership skills and experience developing a team.
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization; develops constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintaining them over time.
Ability to effectively handle multiple projects in varying stages of development and implementation.
Expert group facilitation and presentation skills.
Possess the mentality of a change leader.
A masterful negotiator who brings others of disparate points of view together to produce win-win-win outcomes.
Qualifications:
5-7 years' hands-on project and program management experience coordinating multiple, large-scale activities and events simultaneously in a fast-paced corporate setting. Proven skill in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
BS degree in Education, Training, HR, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Results- and achievement-oriented: possesses a bias for action; has an ability to work under minimal supervision, with minimal formal processes/structures, follow general guidance, set priorities, and make sound decisions.
Critical and creative thinker: ability to translate complex problems into concrete tangible processes and actions; designs or creates new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, processes, or products; draws upon flair and the artistic.
Sound judgment: alerts key stakeholders appropriately and provides vital visibility into challenges and concerns when the time to act is still possible.
Amenable to work as a project-based employee for 5 months* on a flexible night shift schedule
