About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Delivery Consultant for a recruitment company specializing in e-commerce and tech. As a Delivery Consultant here, you'll take ownership of the vertical you work in, whether it's Cloud, Data, Product or Software Engineering you'll focus on finding and engaging the country's top talent in that space.
With your expert sourcing and outreach skills you'll identify candidates using the latest sourcing technology and via our database (that's packed with technology people). You'll engage candidates and prep them for live roles working side-by-side with our Sydney based Recruiting Team. Upon joining our PH team you'll go through 4 weeks of orientation and onboarding to the business, setting you up for success in the role.
Requirements
Do you have what we are looking for:
Excellent communication in English both written and verbal;
At least 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience specialising in professional IT roles for tech industry;
International recruiting experience ideally within the Australian market (US/APAC also suitable);
Experience coaching/leading a resourcing/recruiting team;
Excellent organisational and time-management skills;
Bachelor degree or higher in relevant field;
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player;
High attention to detail
Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems with ease;
High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality
