The Talent & Culture Manager will report directly to the Director of Talent & Culture and will help drive general T&C initiatives. He/she will direct and work with T&C and Talent Development associate/s to carry out the daily activities of the T&C office including recruitment, compensation, engagement, labor relations, talent development and other tasks that may be given by the management or by the DoT&C. He/she will deliver exceptional T&C and TD services that meet or exceed the needs of associates.
An ideal candidate should have 5 years of work experience in hotel Talent & Culture and should have a training background. He/she should be a college graduate with a reputable university, with strong leadership skills, and with commendable work ethics. The Talent & Culture Manager should be approachable, pleasant, hardworking, confident, and can handle private/confidential matters. He/she should also be computer literate, knowledgable in MS Office, and with good and written English communication skills.

Work within all pre-set budgetary limits
Drive and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department
Motivate and develop team members
Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of any confidential documents, matters, and techniques
Should model the Company's culture at all times.
