Your Role and Responsibilities The Talent Care Advisor role is accountable for creating job postings and pre-screening application questions. Key Responsibilities: Provide Introduction Call for New Applicants Remind candidates to complete profile information and pending assessments Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews Confirm attendance for HM Interviews Generate and send offer letters/packages (internal only) Final Offer Calls for Hired candidates Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updated Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management Monitor background vendor activity and work in tandem with our vendors to complete applicant background/drug processing Kick-off onboarding activities Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notification Send and/or draft offer letters Required Technical and Professional Expertise At least 2-4 years' experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties and/or dealing with customers in a high demanding customer service environment At least 2 years' experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing Ability to balance high volume workload with 100% accuracy Proven solid attendance record with all past employment Technically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet-based systems Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Experience working with a team Excellent grammar and written communication skills Fluency in English Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Has RPO experience with hiring management exposure and/or experience
