Your Role and Responsibilities The Recruitment Coordinator (Posting Coordinator) role is accountable for creating job postings and prescreening application questions Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Reviews discovery document and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to create job postings Creates prescreening questions based on the Basic Advertised Qualifications listed on the posting descriptions Formats descriptions correct grammar/punctuation errors Understands and utilizes EVP in 'selling' the UHG opportunity to candidates in posting Understands employment laws and compliance Verifies jobs are posted Updates postings and prescreening questions as required Maintains exceptional partnerships with Talent Advisors by documenting activities as prescribed in the process, providing email updates, and attending meetings as applicable Completes additional duties and assigned projects as neededThe Recruitment Coordinator (Posting Coordinator) role is accountable for creating job postings and prescreening application questions Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Reviews discovery document and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to create job postings Creates prescreening questions based on the Basic Advertised Qualifications listed on the posting descriptions Formats descriptions correct grammar/punctuation errors Understands and utilizes EVP in 'selling' the UHG opportunity to candidates in posting Understands employment laws and compliance Verifies jobs are posted Updates postings and prescreening questions as required Maintains exceptional partnerships with Talent Advisors by documenting activities as prescribed in the process, providing email updates, and attending meetings as applicable Completes additional duties and assigned projects as needed Required Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor's degree or 1+ year experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties and/or dealing with customers in a high demanding customer service environment Ability to balance high volume workload with 100% accuracy Proven solid attendance record with all past employment Experience working with a team Fluency in English Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Technically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet based systems. Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) OTJ Training or work experience in Taleo or other recruitment system/process is highly preferred Excellent grammar and written communication skills
