This position will be reporti Job Description The Talent AssessmentDeputy Team Leader will be in charge to support the Talent Assessment Team Leader in day to day operations to ensure that all targets are met and all agreed processes are adhered to. This position will be reporting to the Talent Assessment Team Leader, with dotted reporting line for all team members into the Talent AssessmentDeputy Team Leader: the deputy wields the full authority of the Talent Assessment Team Leader when supporting or implementing the team lead decisions. Supports the Team Leader in all decisions, and ensure that the team leaders decisions are implemented Responsible to the team leader to deliver a team culture of professionalism, results orientated, supportive, collaborative behaviour hierarchy. Assists the team leader in onboarding and training new members of the team Ensures task completion and performance goals are met Identifies and resolves operational problems under the direction of the team leader using defined processes, expertise and judgment Assumes the full responsibilities of the team lead for managing the process and the day to day operations of the team when the team lead is not on the desk Co-manage new projects, and ensure all approvals are secured before implementation Provide opinions on all matters relating to the team and process in a one on one scenario to the team leader only Deliver additional team responsibilities with the transition of new activities from other locations to the team leader, under the direction of the team leader All decisions and responsibility for the team are the team leaders, to be supported and delivered by the deputy team leader Perform Talent Assessmentfunctions such as but not limited to: quality checks and audits, review of applications and shortlisting of candidates, etc Qualifications Relevant recruitment and client management experience Strong Offshore Recruitment Background Experience working with Service Level Agreements Experience working at and/or a global organization preferred Needs to be flexible based upon changing client needs and workload allocation Willing to work on a nightshift Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirableBachelor's degree preferred Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models preferred Must be willing to work nightshift and temp hybrid work setup Additional Information As a workplace, we focus on relationships - with each other, our clients and our candidates - in fact serving others is one of our core values.
