Talent Acquisition Intern
We are currently seeking a creative, highly motivated and organized HR/Recruiting Intern to join our team (virtual opportunity). The internship will provide an undergraduate or graduate student an opportunity to gain experience in a very fast-paced business environment.
Key Deliverables
Provide support to the Talent Advisor on resume screening, phone screening & interview scheduling
Coordinate with the Talent Advisor on a day-to-day basis and provide updates on deliverables
Perform administrative support
Communicate with the back-office department on any recruitment concerns
Send end of day report to the supervisor
Attend team meeting and one on one touch base
Help with adhoc tasks as needed
Skills and Other Requirements
Strong computer skills including data entry, email, spreadsheets, and databases; 50+ wpm
Adherence to confidentiality and nondisclosure requirements
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate time-management in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and excellent communication skills required
Positive demeanor and the ability to work well with others in providing excellent customer service is critical
Sense of ownership and urgency to support business and employee needs
Can work with minimal supervision in a work from home setup
