Key Responsibilities:
The key deliverable of this role is to work with the Philippine Head of Talent Acquisition to support the hiring demands of the location through a healthy steady and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for the current and future demands of the PGSC. This will be achieved through aggressive review of channel effectiveness and efficiency though yield and cost analysis. This Talent Acquisition Lead (VP) will also be a key gatekeeper of the JPMC employer brand as we embark on internal and external sourcing and marketing efforts. Equally important is the role in working with other location Talent Acquisition Teams to support our global TA operating model.

Role Responsibilities, but not limited to the following:
Sourcing, Channel Management, and Recruitment Marketing
Conceptualize and execute sourcing strategies utilizing available and new channels/platforms and generate sufficient candidate pool to support the hiring requests of the lines of business. Establish internal and external network for implementation of the Sourcing activations/campaigns in partnership with the Global Sourcing COE.
Manage performance of assigned sourcing channels and ensure high yield and conversion from all activations.
In partnership with the Global Sourcing COE Team, conduct monthly market scans and trend reports to be presented to the location TA Lead, Head of HR, and PH Corporate Center OC, as well as other stakeholders.
Actively liaise with Corporate Communication and Global Employer Brand to ensure sourcing and branding initiatives and campaigns are aligned to the PGSC business strategy and Global Branding guidelines.
Regularly drive financial review on all sourcing channels as it impacts the overall Cost Per Hire (CPH) and initiates changes as necessary.
Recruiting Operations
Ability to oversee and manage efficient end-to-end recruiter activities that support local and/or global teams and requisitions.
Ability to translate recruiter effectiveness into attainment of productivity goals.
Understand the core recruiting tools in the new me@ jpmc environment.
Regularly reviews recruiting step conversion rates and makes changes as necessary.
Strategic Leadership
Collaborate with stakeholders on recruitment strategies to ensure consistent alignment to business needs.
Develop a strong understanding of the business and their talent requirements and translate into effective talent acquisition strategies inn partnership with all other HR Teams (Talent, HRBA, Total Rewards).
Provide updates and grant visibility to stakeholders regarding sourcing output and recruiter productivity and effectiveness.
Lead process improvement initiatives that aims to improve the overall Talent Acquisition experience.
Other Key Expectations on this Role:
Manage TA Teams (Recruiting Delivery or Sourcing Operations) across the Philippine locations. This includes day to day operations, setting up meeting cadence, and exercise performance management and people development rhythms.
Delivery of specific Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as required - location, region or global scope and nature.
Conduct initial and/or HR interviews and manage hiring requisitions directly from time to time.
Exercise leadership coverage for the PH Team as and when needed.
Deliver high quality work product and experience to the business, candidates and colleagues and exude the values of the Firm and The Way We Do Business Principles.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years of Recruitment, Sourcing, and/or Marketing-related work experience, preferably in a BPO/shared services setting.
Experience in people management and talent development.
Advance analytical, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with all levels of management and establish good relationships with hiring managers/senior leadership.
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and manage changing priorities effectively.
Customer-driven with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
