The Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist is responsible for a full-cycle of recruitment, identifying, engaging, and attracting top candidates to meet the staffing needs of a company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identifying future hiring needs
- Attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals
- Performing ad-hoc recruitment-related tasks such as: updating the New Employee Orientation tracker and processing employees for redeployment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of solid 2-3 years experience in recruitment, and talent acquisition, specifically in a BPO set-up
- Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS), sourcing tools, vendors, caravans, and sourcing channels
- Amenable to work onsite in Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City
