Job Description
This role involves application of talent acquisition skills providing concrete recruiting solutions and advice to hiring managers and management while maintaining compliance and adherence to processes and systems as appropriate. As a TA Specialist, the successful candidate shall act as technical expert on complex and specialist subjects that requires analysis, interpretation and application of talent data while ensuring high level of integrity and communication to key stakeholders, including executive/senior management.
Leads all Talent Acquisition strategies in the Philippine market.
Implement different hiring strategies to support manpower needs of hiring functions.
Perform sourcing tasks to acquire the best talents available in the market through different channels.
Builds an active talent pool through interaction with external consultants, educational institutions, and network.
Overall point of contact for all talent acquisition requirements in the region.
Education:
Bachelor's degree holder of Human Resource Management, Psychology or Business Management is a plus.
Work Experience
5 years minimum experience in Talent Recruiting or Human Resource Management.
