What the role is about
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.
Who you are
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
What you will bring
● Proactively and creatively source and screen candidates to develop pool of talent for the CSR (Level 1) requisitions
● Conduct the necessary candidate sourcing activities including but not limited to use of the database, job posting, etc.
● Conduct screening methods prior to candidate endorsement including initial phone or online interview or face to face interviews (for fully vaccinated
candidates)
● Coordinate interview schedules between Hiring Manager and candidates
● Ensure accuracy of trackers and on time delivery of reports
● Serve as a trusted advisor with both the hiring managers and the candidates on key policies and procedures
● Maximize sources and ensure applicants and hiring managers are provided timely feedback
● Foster and maintain good applicant experience
Requirements
What you have
● Must be willing to work (on-site) in Ortigas, Pasig City
● Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment using industry-aligned staffing methods
● Experience in using Social Media and Job Portals (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed or Glassdoor) in sourcing candidates
● Ability and confidence to collaboratively work with hiring managers and other stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
● Excellent verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills
● Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (Preferred)
● Effective in the utilization of tools (Google Suite, Slack, G Meet, etc.)
Education:
Bachelor's Bachelor's/College Degree or relevant discipline
