Job Description
 
Responsibilities:
Utilize all online portals and sourcing mediums in searching for IT talents.
Actively source and screen for candidates that fit current and future roles.
Does LinkedIn Headhunting
Conduct opportunity calls with prospect applicants
Specialize in a specific skillset like PHP, JavaScript, C#, Java, Python, and Non-Dev positions
Does cold email outreach to candidates from the database
Taps previous candidates (including candidates who withdrew their application, keep for reference etc.)
Enter the candidate’s information to the ATS
Maintains accountability in keeping candidates up to date with their applications
Willing to be assigned ad hoc receptionist tasks and be seated in the front desk.
Other duties as assigned  
Requirements
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
At least 1 year hands on end-to-end recruiting experience (preferably in the IT field)
Experience working with foreign clients (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc) is an advantage.
Must have strong experience in using Linkedin.
In-depth knowledge with technical terminologies and current trends in the IT/ Development Industry preferred
Has the ability to build strong professional relationships with candidates.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication.
Possess a sense of urgency and initiative to fill positions.
Willing to work full-time and officebased in a 6AM-3PM, Tuesday-Saturday schedule
HR Nurse / Registered Nurse experience is a nice to have!
