Roles and responsibilities include:
Perform end-to-end recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, behavioral based interviews, and offer management activities.
Assist with developing, coordinating, writing and manage job postings.
Serve as a key point of contact to the business for talent acquisition related matters.
Ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience at all times.
Utilize the applicant tracking system for timely movement and communication to candidates of their application status.
Conduct behavioral-based interviews for class-based hiring such as Cabin Crew recruitment and other hiring as needed by the organization.
This could be for you if you:
Have 1-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting.
Have prior work experience in end-to-end volume recruiting. It would be a big plus!
Are a college graduate of any course but background in Psychology / Business Administration / Behavioral Science / Human Resources Management / Organizational Communication is an advantage.
Has knowledge and experience in using various souring channels like LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems, etc.
Has experience in managing and conducting recruitment and selection process in recruitment events such as job fairs.
Are a great communicator, making presentations and presenting.
Are confident and can comfortably work in a highly collaborative environment.
Are willing to take on a full-time project-based engagement for one (1) year to support the organization's hiring operations.
Notes:
This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but on a hybrid work environment.
This position will be Project-Based for one (1) year.
