The Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent to meet our organization's hiring needs. Focused on proactive talent sourcing, this role involves utilizing various channels and strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. The Sourcing Specialist collaborates closely with recruiters and hiring managers, contributing to the success of the overall talent acquisition process.
The 5 key accountabilities of the role are the following:
● Talent Pool Building and Management
● Handle Employee Referral Program and vendor management
● Daily, Weekly, and monthly Recruitment reporting
● Conceptualize and develop sourcing strategies
● Build strong business knowledge in talent attraction
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management,Communications, or relevant field.
Must have at least 1 year experience in sourcing and marketing specifically sourcing, handling and managing campaigns such as ERP, NERP and vendor partnership.
Strong background in sourcing for diverse roles.
Preferably has experience in recruiting for advertising/digital marketing and highly technical roles (e.g. Fullstack, Front-end, Email Developers, Multimedia Designers, Digital Marketers, SEO/SEM/Paid Media Specialists, Business/Reports Analysts, etc.).
Strong account management skills.
Process improvement experience and advantage.
Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Great listening skills.
Proactive, organized, responsible, an independent worker, and has good decision-making skills.
Able to adapt well to changes and can quickly learn things.
Can work a hybrid set-up on a mid shift schedule (1 PM - 10 PM) Mondays to Fridays.
Has stable internet connection with at least 25mbps internet speed.
