5. Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the organization's employer brand by crafting compelling job descriptions and representing the company positively during the hiring process.
6. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of potential candidates for current andfuture hiring needs.
7. Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system(ATS) and other recruitment-related databases.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role in recruitment.
Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
Ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications objectively and match them to job requirements.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
