The opportunity
A full time Recruitment Specialist to support APAC region.
This role offers great variety and the potential to develop and progress in your career at Mace over time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the Executives, HR, Business Development and Finance Team to identify hiring needs.
Managing all operational aspects of recruiting and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Writing and placing job advertisements for all the open positions into our career portals.
Evaluating candidates' strengths and experiences compared with clients' requirements and recommending the best candidates for further interview and skill assessment.
Sourcing through the existing and the developed candidate database as well as professional networks, referrals, and other networking resources.
Negotiating wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
Assisting with tracking the Resource Allocation to identify Project and Team requirements in advance of the event to ensure timely acquisition.
Building relationships and collaborating across all other departments.
Understanding market conditions, trends, and business growth targets to develop a recruitment strategy.
Obtaining business and candidate feedback on recruitment quality and identify improvement opportunities.
Utilizing data and optimizing recruitment processes.
Identifying new tools and technology to improve operations.
Ensuring updated and timely building of CV database.
Maintaining and update company's CV database and search for experts.
Coordinating with experts/specialists such as professional rates, start of work and duration, among others
About you
You have a degree qualification, preferably HR or equivalent. You have previous experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquistion.
