The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle end-to-end recruitment for the hiring
requirements of the AMER region. He/She will also be responsible for applicant pooling
and talent database maintenance, daily & weekly recruitment reports, and support in the
areas of pre-employment & onboarding.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your ccore functions include;
1. End-to-end recruitment for AMER
Source candidates for AMER vacancies through various recruitment
channels
Pre-screen & interview candidates based on set criteria and endorse the right profiles to Hiring Managers
Exam setup and administration through an online testing platform
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate technical and/or final interviews
Conduct calibration meetings and attend Ops weekly meetings to provide recruitment updates to hiring managers
2. Applicant Pooling for AMER
Maintain an active pool of creative talent for AMER based on set targets
Manage SA's database of creative talent and ensure that these leads are tapped and kept engaged following the applicant engagement process
3. Recruitment Reports
Ensure that all recruitment trackers and databases are updated on a regular basis and timely feedback are provided to all stakeholders
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports
4. Onboarding Support
Facilitate new hire onboarding based on assigned modules
Monitor completion of onboarding program & regular review of onboarding survey
Discuss pre-employment requirements for all new hires
Collate, monitor completion, and endorse completed new hire 201 files to the Compensation & Benefits team
5. School Network Support
Build and maintain partnerships with schools & universities
Serve as POC for end-to-end internship hiring requirements
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, or relevant field.
Must have at least 3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment specifically sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment administration, and onboarding.
Strong background in sourcing for diverse roles
Preferably has experience in recruiting for advertising/digital marketing and highly technical roles (e.g. Digital Marketing, Fullstack, Front-end, Email Developers, Multimedia Designers, Business/Reports Analysts, etc.)
Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong account management skills
Process improvement experience and advantage
Proactive, organized, responsible, an independent worker, and has good decision-making skills
Can work remotely on a mid-shift schedule (1pm-10pm or 3pm-12am) Mondays to Fridays.
Has stable internet connection with at least 15mbps internet speed.
