TeleTech is on the search for a temporary work from home Talent Acquisition Specialist 2 to proactively deliver hiring needs as you work directly with our Talent Acquisition Team at TeleTech Pasay.

Technology and work environment requirements for the job:
• Have the right connection - you will need a home internet connection that is >15Mbps (you may do a quick check through SpeedTest.net)
• Computer - we'll supply and deliver at your doorstep
• Must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem
• Must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working.
What you'll be doing:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist 2, you are responsible for the hiring process at a Service Delivery Center. Work closely with site TA team to coordinate recruiting efforts as needed and ensure hiring goals are met by providing a professional hiring experience to candidates. This also includes assistance in completing reference checks, background checks, drug tests, screening resumes and applications scheduling onsite interviews, and completing paper work for each individual hire. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, your role achieves individual recruiting goals which are monitored constantly - quickly adapting to plans and shifting directions to meet changing clients' requirements.
What you'll bring to us:
• Achieve 100% of assigned agent recruiting plan.
• Responsible for administration of the candidate process for all open Agent positions
• Responsible for meeting weekly / monthly hiring goals.
• Maintain spreadsheets for the hiring headcount as well as, all weekly/monthly recruiting reports.
• Ensure internal and external candidates are interviewed for open positions promptly to meet hiring goals
• Works on special projects
What skills you'll need:
• College degree in Psychology/Behavioral Science/ Human Resource Management
• At least +2 yrs working experience in Human Resources, preferably in a customer service environment
• Experience in interviewing and presenting to large volumes of candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional image.
