Business Need/Purpose of Role:
As a member of our team, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer works closely with our Recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find untapped candidates. We conceive practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged and diversity driven approach.
We're seeking an experienced Sourcer who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs across the globe.
The role is based in Pasig City, Manila.
The successful candidate will have proven ability to:
Develops, influences, and executes sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates
Develops relationships with key candidates and large-scale talent pools
Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
Sources for passive and active candidates from internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, Professional Lists, Job Boards and other appropriate media outlets
Tracks all sourcing activities in the ATS (Workday) tool for all pipelines, conversions, and hires
Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas
Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with recruiters and hiring managers
Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools to help influence clients
Utilizes Data for reporting and influencing hiring decisions, while maintaining data integrity
About you:
3+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
Experience working with and building sourcing strategies
Experience developing and executing candidate pipeline generation and research techniques
Experience screening resumes to match qualifications
Recruiting globally, specifically in North America required
Full cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects
Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with little direct supervision
Must be able to read, write and speak English
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a background checks
