In one sentence
You will provide excellent back-office support and services to Candidates, Amdocs employees, Hiring Managers and Recruiting (TA) team, to enable detailed and efficient end-to-end TA processes for region.
What will your job look like?
You will:
-Support services from Candidates to Amdocs Teams in HR related issues.
-Act as a sensor to the Field TA and proactively "raise flags" when needed.
-Upload, update and maintain data on various HR systems and issue reports and analyses, to allow ongoing monitoring and decision making
-Generate, design and present variety of reports that support organizational processes and enable ongoing improvement of Recruiting processes
-Supply to the improvement and automation of TA processes, preparing business requirements, work with various partners to prepare functional design and guide relevant partners: recruiters, candidates and the business directly.
-Ensure the completion of various relevant Audit requirements within defined timelines, to ensure statutory compliance
-Continuously have to coordinate, prioritize and follow up very detailed different administrative activities as Interviews Scheduling, Background check process coordination, etc.
-Provide support in sourcing and screening as needed
All you need is...
-A minimum of 3 years of experience and demonstrated ability as a recruiter in Hi-tech company / placement agency including vast experience conducting interviews and strong sourcing experience
-B.A. in social science or related fields
-Strong spoken and written English and be an engaging teammate, hard worker, fast learner, able to get things done and fantastic interpersonal skills
-We like to have fun while we work and although we work as a team, this opportunity allows to also work independently.
