WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Sourcing of applicants, both from internal and external
Make initial screening of applicants' qualifications for the required positions
Conduct initial interviews for both Head Office and Store based positions
Arrange for interview schedules with franchisees and department heads
Coordinate and check proper submission of requirements by prospective employees
TO BE SUCCESSFUL ON THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in recruitment is required.
Applicants must be willing to work in Parañaque City
Willing to occupy a reliever post for 3 months.
