We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and full cycle recruitment to join our team in the Makati office. This is a hybrid work from home role required to be in the office one/two days per week.
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter your primary responsibilities will be screening, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding the ideal candidate for open positions. You will be required to provide a high touch, best in class experience for prospective employees throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build relationships. This position requires the right person to have a genuine interest in helping people realize their goals and have a natural disposition toward helping others.
Job Details:
Full lifecycle recruitment; screening, sourcing, interviewing, and determining the ideal candidate for open positions
Provide high level of service for prospective employees throughout the recruiting process
Interact and liaise with human resources, operations, and other support departments that are responsible for new candidate hires
Actively participate in candidates onboarding to provide positive experience
Facilitate recruitment from defining skill needs to building the talent pool and hiring
Document interactions, outreach, and screening results in ATS
Continue to grow and improve internship program while providing guidance to hiring managers and mentors
Develop social media and event-based recruiting opportunities to identify applicants and secure referrals
Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, process requests as needed
Participate in special projects and functions as appointed by manager

Requirements
2+ years Full lifecycle recruiting experience
Experience working with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ability to be available to conduct interviews in multiple time zones
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Motivated results-driven professional
Possess efficient time management skills
Proven track record of developing sound, professional relationships.
Exemplary communication skills both in writing and public presentations
Deadline oriented with ability to multi-task, pro-actively resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure
Travel industry knowledge is a plus
