The US Talent Acquisition (TA) team and the Director of TA Systems will be assisted by the Talent Acquisition Project Lead/Coordinator. All projects for Talent Acquisition will be coordinated and led by the TA Project Lead/Coordinator.

To ensure that the project deadline is met, coordinate the project schedule and implementation.
Participate in project meetings and record essential actions Plan and manage team deliverables, project schedules, and any potential projects
Assist with ongoing projects and coordinate with the entire team to keep things moving along
Make and keep up-to-date detailed project plans, reports, and data flows.
Organize project-related documentation by making sure that all relevant documents are up to date, filed, and preserved.
