Your Responsibilities in Detail
Develop plans for sourcing and attracting candidates within different verticals, managing end to end interview processes and managing successful candidates through to offer.
Headhunt, screen, filter and recommend candidates for progression whilst tracking all activity via the ATS (Greenhouse).
Use various candidate sourcing techniques to proactively source talent - this should include LinkedIn Recruiter, internal networks/driving referrals and other techniques to uncover passive talent.
Deliver a best in class candidate and hiring manager experience.
Develop a network for engagement of future talent within an area of responsibility.
Provide weekly reporting on recruitment metrics.
Your Background
To join our team, you bring along
1-3 years proven in-house or agency recruitment experience
Experience in stakeholder management
Strong evidence of direct sourcing capability
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables
Rounded experience across both volume and niche-based requirements
Excellent planning and organizational skills, able to manage numerous tasks and pieces of work at the same time
